Our university’s GreenMetric ranking…

In the “GreenMetric 2023” ranking, which evaluates sustainability efforts at universities worldwide, Afyon Kocatepe University (AKÜ) has once again achieved a significant success. Participating in the GreenMetric survey for the fifth time this year, AKÜ secured the 17th place among 98 Turkish universities and the 217th place among 1,183 universities worldwide.AKÜ first applied to GreenMetric in 2019 and ranked 305th among 780 universities worldwide. In 2020, it ranked 295th out of 922 universities globally, in 2021, 344th out of 956 universities, in 2022, 213th out of 1,050 universities, and in 2023, it achieved the 217th position among 1,183 universities worldwide.

In the “GreenMetric 2022” ranking that evaluates sustainability efforts at universities worldwide, AKÜ (Afyon Kocatepe University) achieved 17th place among 83 Turkish universities and 213th place among 1,050 universities worldwide.

Afyon Kocatepe University Ranked 344th in the World in Greenmetric 2021 RankingsAfyon Kocatepe University (AKU) once again achieved great success in the “GreenMetric 2021” ranking, which evaluates Sustainability studies in Universities around the world. Participating in the GreenMetric survey for the third time this year, AKÜ managed to rank 21st among 71 Turkish universities and 344th among 956 universities worldwide.

The result of the application for the Environmental Universities Index 2020, which is carried out within the scope of quality studies at our university, has been announced.

Afyon Kocatepe University (AKU) improved its success by ranking 295th among 912 Universities worldwide in the “GreenMetric 2020” ranking, which evaluates Sustainability studies in Universities around the world. Our university was ranked 305th among 780 Universities worldwide in 2019.

The result of the first application to the “Environmental Universities Index”, which is carried out within the scope of quality studies at our university, has been announced.

Afyon Kocatepe University (AKU) has achieved a great success in the “GreenMetric 2019” ranking, which evaluates Sustainability studies in universities around the world. Participating in the GreenMetric survey study for the first time this year, AKU managed to rank 4th among 16 Turkish Universities that made its first application, 13th among 43 Turkish Universities, and 305th among 780 Universities worldwide.
